Highlights: A short love narrative essay on love at first sight.

As he walked past the jewelry shop, his eyes were immediately drawn to the stunning girl standing inside, at the counter admiring a delicate silver necklace. Her hair was a cascading waterfall of golden locks that shimmered in the soft glow of the store’s lighting. He couldn’t take his eyes off her.
He felt a pull in his chest as if something was drawing him towards her. He took a deep breath and walked inside With his heart beating rapidly in his chest, as he approached her, he could feel his palms getting sweaty and his throat getting dry.
He saw the sparkle in her eyes and the hint of a smile playing at the corners of her lips.
“Excuse me,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper. “I couldn’t help but notice you admiring that necklace. It’s beautiful, isn’t it?”
She turned to face him and he was struck by her beauty. Her eyes were a brilliant shade of blue, and her skin was flawless. He felt his knees weaken, and he had to grip the counter to steady himself.
“Yes, it is,” she said, smiling at him. “I’ve been looking for the perfect necklace to wear to my sister’s wedding.”
“Well, you should get that one,” he said, his eyes never leaving hers. “It would look stunning on you.”
As she continued to smile at him, he knew that he had to make a move. He took a deep breath and stepped closer to her.
“I’m sorry, I haven’t introduced myself,” he said, extending his hand. “My name is David.”
“I’m Sarah,” she replied, taking his hand in hers.
From that moment on, David knew that he had found something special. He had never felt this way before, and he knew that he had to take a chance. As they stood there, talking and laughing, he knew that he had found the one he had been searching for.
It was a moment of pure magic, a moment that would forever be etched in his heart. And as he walked out of the jewelry shop, hand in hand with Sarah, he knew that he had found the love of his life
I NEED YOU

I am but flesh and blood, just like you, not a super being, striving to be strong, like any
ordinary human being.
I seek to be a refuge, a solace for others in need, to be their pillar of strength, support,
and confidence, but it’s hurt.
It’s hurt seeing your life going down right before you, Seeing the table turning but no
helping hand is lent.
It’s hurt when everyone believes you are strong enough to stand and face whatever
comes your way and fixing it is never a problem just like drinking water from a cup.
It’s hurt when you have to cohabit with depression, feed on sadness yet force the smile
on because no one understands or cares to know I am not a super being but flesh and
blood just like you.
It’s hurt seeing my life falling, crumbling faster than I ever thought. I need you, am
human like you, am not an extraordinary being, am flesh and blood.
I also need a shoulder to cry and rest on, I need love, care, and attention as well.
I need you to help me fix it, I have my weak moments.
I need strength to stand on, no one is strong enough, we need each other to make it
work.
I need you as much as you need your strength to stand, to make that smile genuine, I need you, please help me stand.
